Let’s call this the Hot Reports strategy. Basically its creating a lead magnet to attract affiliates. Read below.
The basic idea is this:
- Create Hot Reports (Think Mass Market)
- Start Selling Them And Building A List Of Addicted Buyers
- Get To The Point Where You Have 20,000 People On Your List
- 20,000 People Actually Waiting On You To Release Your Next Report
- Even If Only 2000 Buy Your Next $12 Report That Is $24,000 Instantly
- And You Can Easily Create New Reports Every Month
That’s great, but how can we make this strategy far more powerful, bigger, faster?
Here’s how:
We create a new domain for every new report we produce and allow affiliates to sell them for 100% commissions.
You still have your “main domain” where all your reports are listed. But you create a new domain specifically for each report so affiliates can sell them. You would use a script like Rapid Action Profits or $7 Secrets. Either one will work.
Why would you want to do this?
There are many reasons..
Here’s a few:
1. Affiliates selling your reports for 100% commissions will explode your list of proven buyers. The most profitable kind to have.
2. Affiliates bring in even more affiliates. Many buyers will turn into affiliates once they discover in your reports that they can easily make 100% commissions selling just by sending
their url to their list or placing it on their blogs and sites.
3. Every time you release a new report you are the first to announce it to your list – where the actual bulk of your money is made.4. Many of the new buyers the affiliates are bringing in will go to your ‘main’ site and buy more of your other reports.
5. You will not only have regular buyers on your list, you will have tons of affiliates on it eagerly waiting on your next report – because they know they get to sell it within seconds after they buy it.
6. The whole thing just feeds upon itself and grows automatically. Affiliates bring in new buyers. Many of the new buyers become affiliates and also bring in new buyers and so on.
Grows like a virus – with the side effects being fat pockets!
7. If you have any higher priced backends you can offer to the list you knock down even bigger profits without effort.
And that’s just a few..
This seems almost unfair to the affiliates but it’s not. It’s a trade off they accept for being able to earn 100% commissions. I accept it.
I’ve promoted offers like this knowing full well I was building the list and business of the person who created the product. It didn’t bother me and it doesn’t bother a lot of other potential affiliates either.
The whole Key to making this work is being able to create a “Brand” and series of reports people get addicted to. The person who can do this with the most impact, flair, style and entertainment will win – and win big. Your
Image or Brand and the excitement associated with it must stick in the buyers minds and make them want more of it.

Some of the reports from ChangeThis are rather dry and even boring but you can get the idea about Branding and having people willingly signing up to your list to be notified of the next report.
I almost forgot the most important part for those who would be concerned about allowing affiliates to sell every report they have for 100% of the money and I have one short sentence for that concern:
Who frickin cares? ☺
I mean seriously. Most of your money is made when you release the next report to your list.
And no matter how many affiliates you have neither them nor you will reach all your potential buyers. Plus, they are also bringing you actual buyers who will buy more from your main site. You are in an absolute “No Lose” situation with this strategy.
Another point I’d like to make about something that I notice a few are not understanding.
Scripts like Rapid Action Profits allow the affiliates to make all the money on the sale of your report but the report never leaves your own domain. You are not selling “resell” rights. The only “right” the affiliate has is to use his url to send people to your site and have the money deposited directly into his paypal account.
There is a huge difference between this and selling resell rights and losing all control over your product. Using these types of scripts you retain full control, keep the full value ofyour products alive and you can have affiliates without having to bother with writing commission checks.
